Confirmation of the reservation is made by paying a reservation deposit in the amount specified for each segment (small cars: PLN 100, medium cars, large and delivery trucks 200 Zł). If the reservation is canceled when there is more than 48 hours (or 14 days for 9-passenger cars) until the expected start of rental, the deposit is fully refundable. Otherwise, the booking deposit will not be refunded.

Yes. We will provide you with a replacement car for the time of repairing your car, regardless of which service will make the repair. Lease costs will be covered by the collision insurer's insurer under the perpetrator's liability insurance policy. We will also handle documentation in this matter. You don't have to do anything.
